Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2

Let me just say that it was a very good decision to watch the last installment of the Harry Potter movie in the big *ss screen of IMAX in Sydney.

Let's rewind one month ago...

I bought tickets to watch Harry Potter last June 14. This day was more than a month before the actual screening of the movie and yet our seats were on the side already.

The actual screening date came and I was so excited to watch it in IMAX Sydney. People waiting in line were wearing costumes and this made me excited more!

Here are some pictures of the IMAX Theatre in Sydney...

Look how huge the cinema was?!?! Harry Potter and the rest of the cast were so close to my face I can even smell them!!! Joke!!!

Going back to the movie, IT WAS AWESOME!

I loved every part of it! The acting of the characters were exceptionally good and the effects were great! I cannot deny that every member of the cast and crew of this movie gave it there all to make this movie great and memorable.

I will surely miss watching the HP movies. Good thing I have all of the movies downloaded already!

Funshion Free Streaming

I love watching movies! I can't seem to get enough of movies or even TV shows and TV series that I watch. Half of my time watching movies or series are made or done online. That is why I was so happy when Efren, my colleague, told me about Funshion.

Funshion is a FREE online application that hosts movies, TV shows and programs. It hosts English, Korean, Taiwanese and Chinese movies. I believe there are other languages in the application also.

I'm sharing here the process of hos you can get Funshion and it as much as I do.

1. Go to Google and type in Funshion in the search field.

 2. The first result that will come out will be the Funshion.com China page. There is also an Funshion English page but comparing the variety of movies between the 2, the China page has more movies and selection to choose from.
3. Click the funshion China page.
4. You need to download the application. Since the page is Chinese, just click the download image as seen above to continue. Once downloaded, a Funshion icon will be saved in your desktop.
5. Double click on the Funshion icon to launch the application. The icon is the shortcut to Funshion and you need to use this icon always.
6. When Funshion loads, use the search function on top of the page to search movies and shows. There is an indication beside the movie title that says whether the movie copy is HD or not. I always choose the one with HD so the video is good quality. There is also a rating at the side from other users who watched it.
8. Click the Play button to watch the movie. You can have either a full choose from full screen or mini screen.

I must say I really like the performance of Funshion. It has a wide range of movies and shows that gives me a lot of choices. Funshion also has a buffer time that gives allowance to the show that I am watching. It doesn't hang or stop in the middle of the movie to buffer.

Enjoy!

Downloaded Movie Review: The Way Back

OK I didn't watch the whole movie mainly because I didn't like the the theme and "feel" of the movie when Doms played it. But I still tried to watch it. When I recognized some of the actors, I became more interested.

The movie is about a group of prisoners and their journey as they escape the Siberian gulag during the WWII. From this statement alone, I would definitely stop watching this movie and just sleep. But when I saw Collin Farell, Ed Harris, Jim Sturgess (Across the Universe) and Saoirse Ronan (City of Ember), I became interested.

The movie focused more on the trials that each of the prisoners overcame just to reach their goal of freedom. Some of them were discouraged and just went back and some of them pursued their goal.

They've experienced a lot during their travel. Death, hallucinations, hunger, thirst, exhaustion and depression. They walked from Russia to Mongolia then to China then to their destination, India.

I liked the actors of the movie. They were all convincing. The story was not hard to understand but the actors made it above from the rest.
